How can I kill Orso Hawker's dog, survive 2 assination attempts, and get the achievment for new sol

As far as I know you can kill Orso's dog by creating SSP (secret state police) and ordering them to kill Hawker, which should have a chance of killing his dog (though do not quote me on this).

To survive 2 assassination attempts piss of military (be anti sollist pro malenyevist, transfer genderarmy to interior minister, don't raise military budget, disrespect them), give Serge money for his kids education, accept his watch, when given a chance have a military parade, don't purge the military, make sure you survive the assassination there with Serge (if something happens to Serge I recommend reloading the last checkpoint before ending the event) win war (easiest way to do this is by allying Lespia, Agnolia and Wehlen, build the railway and don't piss of the Bluds), nationalize entire economy and you should get shot at the last speech but survive thanks to the watch. Also almost forgot, for this don't from SSP.

To get Soll's legacy achievement do what it says, keep the threshold at 10%, allow a confidence vote for ministers/allow assembly to pick ministers, bribe Albin, don't sell to much of your economy and work with Tusk. Also lobby hard.

I did all the requirements for solls legacy but still didn't fire, I think I have to increase threshold and/or remove term limits.
