Convincing Albin Clavin?
I did everything the reformists want with the exception of term limits and they want that taken down? I literally took away everything from the presidency and clavin is like "oh term limits yeah no", it has gotten to the point where Richter supports me more than the suppose reformists in my part. Heck, I even got gloria to support me. Correct Dialogue for me to convince clavin?

Here's the correct dialogue option:

B R I B E R Y

Yeah, and Albin actually makes it pretty obvious how easily he can be bought. He's a corrupt upstart. Play on that.

They want term limits. That's their red line. You can either give in, bribe him with money, or bribe him with the promise of a future VP position.

Keep in mind bribing him even with a VP spot will count as "bribery" that can impeach you.

Bribery is the way to go.

I concur with bribery being the correct answer.

What if I formed the anti-corruption police? Won't they take me in for bribing him? And also do I bribe in funds or with a broken vp promise.

Yes, they will. So be careful. It's possible to form ACP and not get caught, but the oligarchs and I think Lucian will betray you because they know your laundry.

What are the dialogue options I need to take to convince albin or should I just settle with the term limits?

I think you need to be democratic, keep the thresholds and not implement crazy term limits. He will go over the terms he doesn't agree with you one by one and you can agree with him to get his support. Alternatively, you can spend 1 or 2 personal wealth to just bribe him (helpful if you are going conservative).

I put it as no term limits because I don't know if they game has a dlc to continue on. I don't really like the two term limit especially when I deregulated all presidential powers.

Well, he isn't going to like it, but you can either give in to his demands or just pay him.

Literally everyone likes it if you give up your own power. Term limits. Your veto. Your ability to make decrees.

In a gameplay perspective, giving up term limits does nothing other than get you support without you needing to bribe anyone or play the dialogue tree. In a personal perspective, it means Rayne either has a desire to be president forever or at least genuinely thinks "Hey, elections are term limits." But if you're expecting to play on as Rayne over the years, I don't think that happens. I'm not sure if it even affects the epilogue, though it might.

His two red lines are term limits and election thresh hold. The constitution hes willing to support is quite lame, luckily he can be bribed with VP position and passed over without consequences if you want to appoint gloria as VP instead (can't pick lucian as VP if you promised him).

Nah, Clavin is happy to leave the threshold where it is. He wants term limits and vetoes limited. The opposition will call you out on the threshold, though.

Yeah thats what I mean, he will never support you without bribery if you're changing the threshold.
