General Frequently Asked Questions
We have received a dozen of questions and comments since the launch and wanted to add this list to answer some of the most common ones.
  • Suzerain has 9 main endings and more than 20 sub-endings

  • The only official wiki online by the Torpor Games is the Suzerain Universe Codex available here: https://codex.torporgames.com/ (No other wikis are official and the devs don't have oversight over them)

  • It is possible to get re-elected but the game as marketed takes place during your first term

  • Some endings can be avoided with calculated action and thoughtful planning. A big part of Suzerain is to juggle the different power players in your country

  • The game is ironman (Torpor Mode) with a checkpoint system to address misclicks and misunderstandings until finishing first playthrough. Then a manual save/load system unlocks.

  • Some antivirus programs are giving false positive notifications for the Suzerain.exe please whitelist or close the AV program if you encounter this issue

  • The game can be played with different ideological leanings and each of them prove different sets of challenges. Torpor spent significant time on making sure all leanings are represented

  • The development team is of varied ideological thoughts and backgrounds representing six different countries and four continents

  • Localisations are being reviewed but difficult to do currently due to the massive costs the 1500k word count brings. Our studio simply can't afford such an endeavour as of now.

  • DLC's for Suzerain are happening! We are working on more stuff in the same universe so keep an eye on the developments.

  • You can report any issues you encounter in the official Suzerain Discord server to help the developers solve the issues as quickly as possible
