Devid and Serge: These two I can trust.
Peter: Will always be loyal even if he can cause scandals.
Healthcare minister, education minister, justice minister, Kieber, Symon Holl, Gloria Troy, Monica, Leske: As long as I don't oppose them I can trust them
Both oligarchs, Albin, Ricter, Garci: As long they benifict from my actions I can trust them
Valken, Iosef: Don't trust them, but they are still usefull and as long as I know what I am doing I can manage them.
Lileas, Hawker, Soll and Lucian: Hah, no.
Gus stayed, me investing into agriculture on his advice might have played a role.
- Petr Vectern, Deivid Wisci and Monica: Those three are the only people who I'd call truly trustworthy as they are close to Anton. I don't really know if you can make Deivid hate you, even if went "raging reformer" and constantly acted aggressive towards characters that obstructed me, he'd stay cordial and supportive. Monica is short-sighted idealist who doesn't really understand what to do to actually help her case (not until Ciara starts working with her). There's a way to make her understand her failings tho'. When she asks to be allowed to give speech in Benfi, agree. Then when Gloria asks you to cancel that arrangement, start asking why and she'll explain how Monica's action could damage her cause, agree with her and let mayor deliver the speech. During the speech let Monica go ranting. Afterwards she'll start crying and will say: "You were right, Gloria was right...". Petr has a similar issue with his absolute lack of self-restraint. I don't think you can help with his Marriage, but you can definitely help him become a better man if after Lucian exposes his affair with secretary-spy you jail her and decide to take the blame for the situation. This will cause Petr to collapse crying before press and admit his faults. He'll resign and go to the therapy.
- Lucian Galande: Lucian is a complete enigma, probably is a some sort of psychopath. He'll always give you good advice and is generally a very good at his job, but he appears so detached and emotionless that he can't inspire confidence really. I only made him lose his poker face when Petr resigned and I gave VP position to Gloria. He very briefly was mad.
- Gloria Tory: Gloria is strange to me as she's more loyal to the party as a collective than Soll, country or ideology. She is very plain in voicing her opinions and won't directly lie to you, but she's absolutely unflinching in her acts and if you irate her, she'll do everything humanely possible to thrash you presidency and re-election.
- Ciara Walda, Nia Morgna, Symon Holl, Gus Manger and Paskal Beniwoll: All of them are true to their cause and will support you truthfully if you support them. Paskal has "End justifies the means" approach as he's genuine in his goal of helping people and will do everything to achieve it. Symon and Gus both see their posts as a way to better themselves and approach their job more like a job than national duty. I never managed to upset any of them so I can't tell how they could turn against you. Ciara is a bit extreme in her agenda, but can have some sense talked into her and I do approve of her iron resolve. Nia is the person I most sympathize with, since I know how it's to go against entrenched majority and I wholeheartedly support her cause, not only because i think it's the right thing to do but because Old Guard will work against you. She's definitely the one character that I could never disagree with or oppose.
- Iosef Lancea: Iosef is dead-serious in his approach to the country's safety and does a good job at it, even if he's very heavy handed. He's quite psychopathic as well since you can go against him most of the time, but if you win war against Rumburg, he'll forgive you everything. I consider him moderately trustworthy as he is true to his word more than any other character in the story, but he must be treated with caution. (I won't mention Gen. Valken because as long as you have Iosef on your side, Valken can't do anything.)
- Kesaro Kineber and Frens Ricter: Both want to impose as much of their vision on you as possible. Neither should be trusted in a long run, but Frens at least knows when to quit, whereas Kesaro is just raging egoist who wants to outdo Soll. (Funny thing I discovered by save-editing: I wanted to see how much votes I can gain for amendment so I made NFP support me. I got 190 yeas and afterwards Kesaro approached me to offer coalition. His Dialogue was very similar to Wiktor Smolak.)
- Tarquin Soll, Lileas Graf and Orso Hawker: They hate you from day 0 and as long as you don't become their puppet they will use every possible way to fućk with you. Since I can't bring myself to oppose Nia, I always end with Hawker impeached and Lileas imprisoned (You need Anti-Corruption Police for that). Lileas will be absolutely unrepentant for her actions and will behave as morally superior to the end. Hawker is a self-entitled moron who considers himself above anything except for Soll and deserves to be stomped. Soll I can't stand because of his God-complex. I was willing to let him go, despite his crimes against humanity, but he just can't let go of the power and considers himself as the sole thing guaranteeing existence of Sordland. He truly deserves to be put down.
- Masoun Leke: Masoun is another I can't understand, as even if I did everything to help Bluds, convincted Soll and Been to Aschraf Anniversary, he was cold and unsupportive.
- Ewald Alphonso: Only way to have a talk with Ewald is to set Soll on trial. During the trial Ewald will be very vengeful and spiteful and will mostly ignore you and what you say. (To have Soll convicted you need to impeach Hawker, and replace him with "most experienced jugde", This Jugde will always give guilty verdict).
- Serge: Serge is a person that can be very friendly to you and i don't see why anybody would be mean to him, especially when he can give you lucky charm that prevents assasination.
- Oligarchs: I always turned them away, never agreeing to their bribes and always refusing to take part in their conflicts. As long as you don't take direct action against any of them they won't do anything to you.
If you oust Petr and replace him with the progressive who you made a deal with, Lucian will be your downfall because he is gunning for the vp position.
For Lileas, if you agree her talk about protect country for most of time, agree to have SCC,
don't take away Soll's title and immunity, keep up your welfare to the people (as her background story she was born as poor and work hard to come up), even you are not 100% Sollist, and sometimes against her will, she will still support you and not jump out to against you.
Leke is more like a person who mostly hide his true emotion (unless it come to a point), that why he looks like cold, but under that cover, it is fire.
Losef is not that hard to deal with, as long as you give fund to military, act as hawk faction all the time to Rumburg, support his military reform, at least not publicly against Soll, and not act as bring Sordland to communism (and most of people in Sordland dislike or even hate about this), few disagree will not break up the relationship between both sides, and can sure you safely join ATO without a coup after (Losef not so agree to join ATO, but will piss off to join CSO).
Lucian just want to become VP and maybe in the future to become PR, and I think that work for me, if Petr resign.
Alphonso is piss of about you take away his chance to re election, that understandable.
Soll is a patriot who fails to see that the world has changed. He still lives in another time. He's an idealist. He truly believes his way is the best for Sordland. But he doesn't realize that his time is over and that new people with new solutions need to step up and take Sordland into the future.
What happen is Alphonso did so much rush change that bring Sordland to a bad situation. I think that make Soll change his mind, and begin to against about the change.
But, if you make up good relationship with military, and do not take away his title and immunity, he is not so much problem. After all, I think he is already nearly 80 years old, will pass away any moment, when he pass away, Sollist and Sollism will lost a lot of influence, time is on our side.
