13 to 24 hours for one playthrough.
It can be even longer if you are enjoying yourself with a cup of coffee.

i finished one pretty quickly in 3 hours or so. I didn't read every possible pop up... probably why i'm dead. but hey it was a good run.

Someone that had the game early in the reviews has ~30 hours on the game.
With 4 hours in it feels still early, I am still early in the presidency, so it should be at a bare minimum a dozen hours but I can't tell with certitude more than this.

Yeah it definitely feels like everything is falling apart and its hard to handle, but if everyone were going great there wouldnt be as many hard decisions. You've gotta be a realist and make some sacrifices...

I think that's a good sign you're apt to play well. It is a Perfect $#*+storm that fell in your lap, and you have the good sense not to underestimate it. Makes it all the sweeter to unravel the Gordion Knot.

Yeah, the big tangled mess sort of is the point. Pulling it all back from the brink is one of my favorite moments in gaming this year... even if I still lost my damned reelection... and Franc thinks everybody is capitalist swine...
