I forgot that it needed internet and an account to use.
I also don't see why it can't be open source either. People trying to make alternatives could use the source code to make it last. Heck, I'm not a software developer but I'll at least try learning Unity just to preserve this software.
im pretty sure ppl will start buying when they know how good VUP actually is. how smooth the tracking and the face recognizing/reaction.
because im not surre i can continue being a vtuber if VUP is gone. already tried like 4 more face rig/tracker software, nothing can beat the quality of VUP. even Vseeface!
I wish the development team the best of luck and success with future projects. And thanks to you guys for all the work you put into VUP.
I wanted to make VUP my main program again since others just lack in what you can do wiith them. But I guess I got to stick to another program ; v ; (If you guys ever plan to make anything else similar, I'd love to know and help test it).
I hope we meet again in the future, and even if people can't use VUP anymore... I'll still advocate on how great the program was <3
祝好
using vtube studio put a huge strain on my potato pc and VUP is my savior.
