We have implemented the "transparent background", but the effect is not good during testing, so we didn't update this feature before.
We are still looking for a better solution.
Once we support the "transparent background", I will notify you in this post.
However, if it is used for streaming, the current version can also achieve "background transparency" in some functions in a sense.
You can try it and check if it can solve your problem.
1. Pendant mode
Refer to the link below (start from 6:46)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ak_pjKnggtw&t=108s
2. Filter out the green screen background by OBS
1) Change the background of VUP to a green screen
VUP Scene Library> Click the scene card "绿幕" to change the VUP background to a green screen
2) Use OBS's game mode to capture the VUP display window
Refer to the link below 1:58-2:12
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tSxEBr7jdSE&t=102s
In the same way, you can also create a new OBS game capture to capture your computer game screen
3) Use OBS to filter the background color of the VUP display window
Right click on "game capture" of the second step, and then refer to the 2:47-3:21 link below
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JVOy8C-glE0&t=272s
Thank you for your support!
