Are VUP and VFace on the same wifi (or under the same LAN)?

Hello,
Please try to connect again. If you can't connect within 10 seconds, please send us the log.

Log location: under the controller window of VUP -> Broadcast -> System setting -> click button [Open logfile path] -> a window will pop up -> the file "controllerLog.txt" in the window is the log file.

Please send the file "controllerlog.txt" to our email a@vlivemax.com
The technician will check the problem.

Hello,
We have located the cause and fixed it. It is expected that the next version can be used normally.

Hello,
The developer recommends that you compare the IP of the mobile phone with the IP of the computer.
1. How to check the IP of computer?
Press the [win] key and [R] key at the same time, enter a word cmd, directly enter a word ipconfig, the content of IPv4 is the LAN IP of your computer
2. How to check the IP of mobile phone?
Open the wireless network settings of the phone, there is a "!" icon next to the wifi you are connected to, click this icon"!", you can see the IPv4 IP address. (The location of each phone is different, you try to find it)
Compare the IPv4 address of the computer with the IPv4 address of the mobile phone, as long as the previous three paragraphs are the same, that's will be okay.
For example, the IPv4 of a computer is 198.161.1.222, and the IPv4 of a mobile phone is 198.161.1.221
The first three parts are all 198.161.1, so that they are in the same local area network.
You can check and compare your phone IP and computer IP with above method.

i already checked. it same.but still show up "connecting" dialog on my phone. i double check on my antivirus and firewall on my computer(turn off both)and turn on only "android device face capture"in pc app. i had tried to use another app like wifi sync app that require to use same network like Vface and it work fine.

You probably did the same as me and downloaded first the vface app from the play store, which seems to be some software to control AC units.

Saddly, I can't use the proper linked app in the guides since I refuse to sideload anything past play store.
