Then follow the steps below to troubleshoot
1. Check the webcam inputing device of the VUP. Is it correct?
2. After the above operations, please turn off the mask mode, face the webcam, make sure your face is completely in the window, wait for a while, until capture successfully.
3. If the above doesn't solve the problem, please unplug the webcam, or change the webcam, and try again with the other computers.
4. Finally, try the above, the problem is still not resolved, please contact us
In fact, the case is that we have not yet supported the " ps3 eye" somatosensory camera.
We are still considering about it.
To use these drivers in conjunction with VUP, a workaround I have found is downloading Manycam. After launching Manycam, VUP will show your PS3 Driver in addition to Manycams in the output. Select Manycam and you should be good to go. Kind of a roundabout way to get your PS3 cam functional with VUP, but it is all I have found that works so far.
