I'm sure ingame voice chat would make the game a lot more fun, but it would also increase the chance of toxicity generally oofs

I tried to find voice chat option but sadly I couldn't find it

No in game chat system, voice or text. As Kaia mentioned there are voice channels on the official discord or steam voice chat of course but no way to do it with random public matchmaking.
As far as the matchmaking goes the game is full cross platform, just make sure you go into menu options and check if it's enabled and then enter as public and matchmaking begins.
