Oof, sorry to hear you're having issues - what headset are you using & what are the steps you take to try & launch the game?
Do any other VR games work? If you don't have any, I'd recommend downloading a free VR game, such as "The Lab", "Rec Room", "Google Earth VR", etc. & checking to see it's not a global SteamVR issue you may have. If those work, but Swordsman doesn't, I'll be sure to report it to the Dev team!
Do you hear music when you see the black screen? When you launch from the Steam client on desktop, it should ask you if you want to use SteamVR or Oculus SDK and if you choose Oculus there, it should work for you then. Or are you not seeing this pop-up with your launch method?
when i say screen i mean my moniter, if it helps i can record the process
If not -- can you confirm that you're seeing the pop-up when launching the game that allows you to choose between SteamVR and Oculus? Here's a screenshot of what it should look like: https://imgur.com/a/qqTE6Ep
Hey, I tried to add you as well but it can't find that user. I tried with a lower-case "U" as well, but no luck.
Try adding me again, I've enabled that (forgot I had it turned off)
