It its a mod for Rising Storm 2, written as well on a steam page. Need original game to run it.

You need to join onto a rising storm 2 server with winterwar mod. Its in the regular rs2 in the regular browser. By downloading the mod in workshop, u just skipp to download it from the server for aeons u wanted to connect to. Servers with winterwar run maps beginning like "wwte_" if I'm not mistaking.

Totally agree with this, it would be awesome to have a own XP collection for this mod. I think that would boost the playerbase up. But dunno if that is possible to do for the creators of the mod.
