Bug in "Series"

When trying to start a new series it just loads (spinny icon)and then does nothing. I'm trying to start a pit bike series. There are a couple others that it just doesn't load. Kind of a bummer tbh. Also the pit bike AI is insane. I can beat the career AI on GOAT by a minute(with gimped bikes) every time, but with pit bikes I cant even keep up. That's fine though, I'd rather have a challenge. But please fix the series bug so I can do a pitbike series!

Also recently randomly when I load up I've lost tunes on some of my vehicles, along with parts and colors. Also my gear is all default. Pretty much it sticks me on the default bike and default gear. Losing everything else. Some of my MX bikes stay custom, but not all.

Sorry for the inconvenience regarding the Pit Bike series. We have the issue fixed in the upcoming patch.

Even greater apologies regarding the save data issue. We're continuing to try to track down the cause. We would appreciate if you submitted a player report so we can inspect your save data.

You can submit a report in the Services menu. When you do, it will give you a Report ID. Drop that ID in this thread, if you are willing to assist.

I sorted out what causes it. If you quit from an event to desktop it happens(pressing quit game). What I've been doing is just making sure I exit event back to the compound, then exiting the game and it hasn't happened since. Thanks for the reply!

So to reiterate it only seemed to happen what I quit abruptly. Never alt f4 but still when doing series if I quit to desktop without leaving the event it would reset all my stuff. Hopefully this helps!

Also any word on fixing the 60 fps cap(well fixing 60+ fps input issues) or is that not something that's doable? I know unreal has restrictions. Thanks again I'm really enjoying my time with legends.

That's an interesting bit of info.
Are you finishing a lap or going into any of the settings prior to Quitting? Does it happen if you pause then use ALT+F4 to close the application?

No dates or details on when, unfortunately. It's something we are interested in seeing happen, but we have to find and fix all the issues we uncover along the way. The upside here is that for each bug fixed, we can improve the physics simulation itself. Sometimes those improvements are small, and other times they allow us to do things like the suspension overhaul from the December patch. The longer we work through it, the closer we can get.

I would have to quit quickly(son would get home) so I'd just press pause whether it was mid race, mid lap, and press quit. It would quit and then the next time I would relog it would be all default stuff. I then tried to exit the event(regardless of what it was) to compound and it wouldn't happen(change my stuff to default), so I just make sure I do that every time and it hasn't reset on me again. I don't think I ever tried to alt+f4, but I assume it would probably do the same thing and change all my stuff to default. It wouldn't change all my bikes and tunes, only the recent ones.

Sometimes it was on atv's but mostly on MX. I mainly only race/use MX but sometimes I try the other 2. But I only noticed the resetting with MX, and atv once but again I think that is from quitting without going to compound. I think what is happening is the game can't remember what I was using for bike/gear combo because it didn't save properly and then would just give me default. This is my best guess anyways. But yea it was always mid something, never after a race or w/e always middle of it.
