where do all these dlc, updates tracks and evets go after all

Where do all these events, DLC and tracks go, because the career mode always stays as it is, finished.

Do these tracks, like the Reflex pack, only works in the online mode? Because I don't even play that one.

You can play the DLC tracks online or offline, in offline they are accessible via:
* Exhibition Menu (Quick Race, Freeride & Time Trial)
* Series Menu (once the series release is complete for multi-track DLC)
