DLC Not Showing up - help please

I purchased the KTM pack on steam which i thought included a 250 ktm bike, but i can't seem to access it anywhere. When i go to my garage on the compound it says add-on for all KTM bikes as if i haven't already purchased it. Does anyone know how to fix this please?

Try verifying your game files via Steam.

Close the game. Click on the game in your library. Scroll down until you see "Manage my DLC" on the right. Click on that.

If the KTM pack is unchecked, check it, then close Steam completely and restart it. Your DLC should now work.

If the pack is checked, uncheck it, close Steam completely, restart it, go back to the same location, check the box, restart Steam once more.
