Load Times / Poor Performance

Anyone else have insane load times? Installed on a M2 drive and takes ages to load anything and when I do get to play the frame rate is jumping all over the place

geforce 2080 latest drivers, game is near un-playable.

That happened to me with a 3070 and latest driver. After running DDU ( display driver uninstaller) and reinstalled driver, it now runs smooth.

Found the issue, disabled XMP and all good, only this game seems to be affected though :(

I Added missing HDR setting and Graphics settings like Resolution Shadow AO Reflections Volumetrics DOF Bloom Lighting etc... with many missing settings.
Added missing Sky/ Cloud Ambient Occlusions, Volumetric height-fields/ Capsule shadowing with all settings available

Im using Samsung 980 500GB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD pisses all over a sata SSD but not in Legends apparently... lol

Playing primarily on Xbox Series X and it's insanely slow at loading there too. Performance wise it generally runs fantastic but every race there's a couple points where it will like jerk/skip for a moment and oddly it seems like it's skipping backwards a couple frames, like my bike will be back where it was half a second ago, hard to explain. Also it seems to happen in the exact same spots on each track, they really need to fix that.
