Is there an option in the game to make someone pregnant? Whoever ends up in Alexia with whatever amplifications for this, nothing changes at all.
Or maybe there is something wrong with me?

In act 2, at least as far as we know, no one can get pregnant...yet. ;)

It has been widely spoken of as part of Act II. The devs have put a great deal of story pressure on Alexia's apparent inability to get pregnant, Cla-Min's desires to BE pregnant by Rowan, and if you count Luriel, Heartsong, Helayna, and the others that can/want to be Rowan's doting lovers with implied desire to be everything else for him, yeah, it's a ton of pressure for it.

However, DON'T expect it to be in the way that most games approach it. Different characters 'being' pregnant will likely have no effect on the plot/story so that may only have minor impact, mostly relationship stuff. Any of the main paramours will likely have significant path divergence upon pregnancy and this is probably what the devs are avoiding in Act I.

They will have to write it into Act II and this may cause significant issues for Rowan and Alexia. First, any children of Rowan, known to the twins, will be leverage against him- especially if it's his and Alexia's... which is Rowan's greatest fear and what drives him to be against getting Alexia pregnant at this time. However, he can put Alexia's feelings first knowing they'll both suffer for it if they succeed in getting her pregnant. Second, any other woman, pregnant by Rowan will have to somehow get Alexia's permission if they have a good relationship, if not, it's less of an issue... it will most likely permanently drive them apart.

So you can see the problems with even writing it into the story line but it really needs to be there. I'm super curious how they are going to pull it off.

will there be an opportunity to get Jezera pregnant in future?

Uh, considering the conversations with X'zratyl about demon bastards, I think the odds of that would be fairly impossible. Just the birth of Andras and Jezera alone was extreme odds, Jezera having a baby would be improbable at best. However, maybe half demons can have children will full humans more easily, I don't know.

Personally, a pregnant Jezera would be horrific, to the tune of cataclysm for the world level of horrific. She'd be impossible to be around, she'd take it out on everyone in her reach and I'd feel dramatically sorry for the child!

Andras getting Alexia pregnant is all I care about... It needs to happen

If you read your story line, this is unlikely to happen. Demons RARELY have children with humans and Jezera/Andras were something of a one in a million chance. To have it happen again would be almost impossible because, if you read between the lines, the goddess seems to suppress this happening. Jezera/Andras's mother seemed fully committed to her lover and thus likely broke the goddess control over this happening.

The only way for this to happen against would likely involve Alexia doing some very, very, very Un-Alexia kind of rituals in service to Khoros. Sure, maybe an extreme Alexia corruption line would be able to accomplish this, but I don't know how committed to Alexia the devs are. They won't even let her get pregnant by Rowan thus far, and that's WITH kinky rituals.

It's possible, but I don't think it's on a front burner for Act II.
