You can choose to not indulge in that content all along the way. The devs are pretty good at minimizing it once Rowan/Alexia decline it solidly.

The choices are still there along the way in case the player wants to extend influence with other characters using seduction techniques at their influence points in the game. They aren't trying to convert anyone to some agenda or annoy players for no reason.

They are targeting the widest possible audience for an adult erotic game, you should expect this as a player of the genre. If it bothers you, stop playing and ask for a refund or just choose to avoid this kind of content.

There has been discussion of having content shutdown switches like the NTR one that exists early on in the intro. I haven't seen the threads in a while but I would expect something like that to come down the update schedule sometime in the near future.

All gay content in the game is optional. For this matter, fairly sure so is the heterosexual content.
