How does one trigger Liurial's orgasm denial?

I believe if you're her dom and have the right scene with her you can. I can't recall which it is but I think it's a random trigger from when you get back from exploring. Someone else here might recall.

I do know that if you leave her in denial for too long she gets... uh, desperate.

That's how it used to be, but I haven't been able to get those scenes to show in any playthrough in the newer update

Hmmmm... you know, I haven't gotten that option either since the update. I wasn't looking for it so I guess I didn't notice it.

Maybe it's now 'incompatible' with the new Liruial arc where you actually lose her? Not sure what the devs have in mind now with her.
