Holding onto Rose Petals and Tears is simple, but having 3 keys at the same time is tricky since you need to use them to progress and thus have to wander in and out of different dungeons. However, this can be accomplished easily in the last temple in like 3 minutes and skip parts of it as well.

In the final temple you can save the first key by exploiting how the bubble suckers work. They can only absorb one bubble at a time, so if you time your jump perfectly you can create a new bubble right as they absorb it and be high enough it can't absorb the second.

The second one is even easier to bypass. Instead of going through the locked door and taking the long 9 screen way around just go up the ladder to the next room. Put a green block as far right on the floating platform as you can, and make a bubble as you're jumping off it. This will get you to the next room with a save point, and you can just go down the ladder to hit the switch and open the blocked gate. Don't even have to bother with the exploit.

Once you've bypassed the first two locked doors you can go through the temple and pick up the third key normally.

I discovered these after accidentally using a key in an earlier temple. There's a locked door that's right next to a ladder and I was desperate for a way to still get the feat without restarting the whole game.

And pacifist mode makes this even simpler, since it skips over two minibosses behind locked doors anyway, meaning you never have to use them, but I wasn't aware of it the first time around.
