Controller not working

My controller doesn't respond at all. I've also unplugged my hotas and restarted the game to no avail.

I use a Logitech F310, and it works in Alwa's Awakening.

What OS are you playing on and did you use Steams built in controller support?

Windows 10. Not sure what you mean by built in controller support - I don't have some third party program trying to help it.

My controller is not fully supported :
I don't have the "back" button so I can't go back...

And also, my joystick "up" is for going down and my joystick down is for going up and i can't modify it because it doesn't change anything when i press the joystick in the change button menu (because I'm stuck at this menu, i can't go back, Esc doesn't work either)

This didn't fix the issue - I can use the menus after flipping it to the right to "D" but the buttons are all over the place and it won't let me remap them correctly; I get stuck in the remap menu and it doesn't confirm my choices if I'm lucky enough to get as far as going into remap mode.

Other games seem to all use the "X" mode, including Alwa's Awakening.

Sorry! We'll definitely try to add more support for additional controllers. At the office we only had access to Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4 and Steam controllers.

I also have the same problem with arrows not working and can't exit settings (Thrustmaster, windows 7pro). Have to dashboard-quit. The controller works fine with Alwa's awakening.

We had different programmers on the two games and Alwa's Legacy is a way more technical advanced game so there are differencies. We'll do our best to address these issues in future patches.

BTW did you go into Steam and the controller option?
I was having issues with my F310 on Rocket League but I went into the STEAM controls of all things and clicked a button to enable the xbox 360 type.
And boom started working like a charm in RL.

I bought a new controller instead and it worked wonderful. It was time anyway :)
