Achievements not pop up even after achieving it ?

Today I finished the game %100 and I completed every achievement requirements but I couldn't unlock 8 achievements. How can I fix that bug ? There is even unmissable achievement that I couldn't unlock like ''Tax Evader'' achievement at the beginning of game or ''Adventurer'' achievement that only require you to have a sword. Here is the list of achievement that doesn't pop up :

Tax Evader, Adventurer, Dumbster Diver, Devil, Petitioner, Criminal, Liz and Teacher.

I also uninstall the game and then started a new save but nothing changed.
Can anyone help me about it ?

Change your computer language to EN that fixed the problem for me

I had the exact same problem. Then I signed out of my account, closed and relaunched the Steam client, signed back in. When I opened the game again, all missing achievements popped up at once.
