How to turn off motion blur?

This effect is annoying and Granny 1 let you turn it off. Why can't you in this game?

It's not possible without mods. Post processing (or "image effects") is force-enabled in this game on every quality level. I don't know why the setting was removed, but it's missing in the third game as well; although, it has the opposite effect, as post processing doesn't exist at all
