Hello!
I saw a YouTuber use something called ModMenu on mobile Granny: Chapter 2!
Is something like it available for PC?

As far as I'm aware, there are no mod menus available for the PC version of the game.
As for DVloper's stance on mods, I'm not completely sure - with the release of 1.1.5, DVloper made some changes to the game that make it extremely difficult to modify. The original Granny and earlier versions of Chapter Two could be modded, but I suppose something happened that changed his mind.
