Will there ever be hotkeys for instruments?

Like professional art programs have. (Photoshop, SAI...)
For now, I noticed that there're few hotkeys with Ctrl key (e.g. Ctrl+S).
I know that PS is actually Unity port from Android to PC and this can be kinda difficult to realize, but I think this feature is musthave, isn't it?
I hope this problem will be solved. :]

Edit: PS is actually multi-platform program, thanks to Unity. So that means that there're almost same features on different platforms.

Looks like I'm blind because I accidently noticed a small button for hotkeys settings. ( ._.)
