I am well advanced in Stage 3 and did not get Stage 2 completion achievement. How come ?

I prefer to play the game without the scan line effect.

Are the devs still making updates for this? I assume not......

This is the only chapter I am unable to get a Perfect in, I already have a Perfect in Chapters 2-10. I am always at 17/18 EXP and 1/1 Secrets. I am apparently missing one opportunity for EXP, but I have no idea where it is. I say two guards in the beginning instead of one, every guard that I can sneak up on I did. There are only three guards that from my understanding I cannot sneak up on, the two telling jokes to each other which every trick I try they don't fall for, and the guy who wants toilet paper w...

I can't get the unperfect score on chapter 3, no matter what i try I only get perfect: - All guards, max exp and both secrets - I have picked guard on the third floor - I have done the chloroform test - I have destroyed all drones (sometimes with only fists, but other times with the gun) - I haven't taken damage all level (except for meeting the doctor) - I have done all the above multiple times on Easy and Medium I have no idea what else to do or try. Anybody knows if I'm missing something to do?...
