Perfect Scores, Chapter 5 specifically

I'm going through doing perfect runs, really enjoying the hell outta this title. I"ve gone through the game a few times and I cannot no matter what get 21/21 exp on chapter 5. I can get 20/21, I can get the secrets.. but cant get 21/21 exp.

I count 15 guards, plus 3 dnd players plus drill Sergeant & peeing guard, plus two boss fights.

I see all 15 guards yield XP, I see stamping the vacation permission papers yield xp, I see both bosses yield xp.

The drill sergeant seems to be a 100% loss situation. Anyone find otherwise? So no Exp points there.

The DnD players *CAN* all be downed without causing alerts, but they do *not* yield experience anyway.

Has anyone gotten 21/21 exp on chapter 5? Anyone happen to have any ideas what I've missed? I wanna keep trying but tbh I put in a few hours over several tries, testing diff theories. At this point I wonder if its bugged or something perhaps?

+ Addendum : Sorry I forgot to specifically state that the jogging guards also do not yield Exp points. I had *sworn* on my first run or two that the first and only first guard i'd yank outta the jogging patrols would yield Exp, but I have been unable to recreate that so I think I was simply mistaken.

In other words, jogging patrols also do not yield exp points lol

Drill Sergeant can be defeated, and provides exp when defeated.
