Stuck in the sewer

I'm in the sewers and I'm stuck at the second bundle of tires, but I only have 3 maltovs... I was able to burn one down and the other is only half destroyed. I can't turn back because of blades...

Did I miss a 4th bottle I had 4 gas, 4 rags and only 3 bottles... I'm trying to figure out if I have to restart the chapter.

I did but it's broken. Is the part in those few rooms? I'll have to re-check the area, or maybe my inventory for something to combine it with.

Yes, you have to combine it with a couple of things. One to fix it and gasoline to make it work. I really don't remember what you have to use to fix it. Maybe a fire extinguisher?

Welp, I feel like a durrrr. That was it, it was the plastic barrel, I'd have sworn I tried to combine everything in my inventory!
