Building with prefabs bug

In the third phase of the mission "Demolish and build" (I think thatsthe name of it in English. in German its called "Abriss und bau" there is a bug that prevents me from completing it. The bug causes the indicator of the prefab (the place with indicate where the prefab needs to be placed) to turn red even when nothing blocks it, causing me to be unable to place the prefab . It turns red when I pick up the prefab with the excavator.

On that note I also want to tell that I wold love to be able to rotate object hooked onto the excavator with a button. Its annoying having to smack the object on the excavator around so that it rotate to the orientation needed to place it or just allow us to place a prefab regardless of its ortantaion.
