For me that worked before todays update, but since then this doesn't work anymore. The port in the steam server browser is shown as :111 instead of :15636 or :15637. The server is not shown in game, either.
I can, though, add a new favorite through the ingame button "search server (ipv4 address)" or something along the lines - BUT it won't show in the game afterwards (it is still added in the steam server list with port :111).

I'm having the same issue, my dedicated server can no longer be joined. The error message that keeps popping up through steam's favorite servers list is "Failure. Unable to connect to server, app ID specified by server is invalid"

Unable to log in to my friend's server. unable to see in the server list. and if i receive a friend invite says that i need a NEW update after downloading the last 2 patches!

it was an interesting experience fighting the Vukah Brawler with my camera view being right in his taint. glad its fixed!

you did not download 31gb, however the file that got patched was. if i downloaded a 31gb worth of files then my isp forgot to slow me down, because the download was FAST for me, took like 2mins, patching took more time.

Nah, it downloaded the game twice today. Sat here and watched it.

Wow, this game keeps getting awesome. I can't wait for more areas to open up. I'm exited to see the snow area and figure out how to survive there. I hope their is a 'gotta keep yourself warm' system for it. I won't be disappointed if there is not but i can dream.

Is there an expected date set for the next area to be released?

oooooh this feels like an Iceburg update.
6gb for the listed fixes? i'm a little suspicious (in a good way)

I see your comment being constantly copy pasted. I think they get it. People want better options in the settings. Also not everyone like myself wants World Persistence. And the 60/Hz issue was fixed. Please stop just copy pasting and actually write the comment out

It's people like that, that scare people away from games or trying new things. I have been following this game since it was first publicly announced. The devs are 100% anything far from toxic. This was probably some random hot take from someone who doesn't even play the game to be honest.

Typically it is a re-validation of the files. Entirely Steam's end. The game is patching & not redownloading. If it was my download would've taken at least 1 hour or longer for a 31gb download. It did not. It took like 2-3 minutes to validate. For both the Update & the Patch

great a patch that does not work. i have a amd graphic card and still wont work. wait 2 months for this patch... :(
