Sunken city lower door

So i found all the switches (3) to get inside the tower. All 3 switch lights is yellow. But the bard door is still locked, when i go back to the switches i can push them again and the lights on the tower is still yellow. Stucked on this. Any solutions for this?

For the first time I tried to destroy the door with the pickaxe, but early on I started to ignore this switch search because it was getting on my nerves and just knocked my way through.

i have all the switches and they are turned on, the 3 doors are open but not the bard door inside

So after MANY brain twisters i figured it out. I had a teleport to close to a switch so "semi worked" . Moved the teleport further away, out of reach from the switch and everthing was ok

outside, but 1 switch was inside the alter area. that messed it up
