overgrowth-tool working, but no visible effect - solved: new hotfix fixed the problem

This is after the hotfix - didn't test it before, so I don't know if it would have worked then.

I crafted the tool and some material for it. I can use the tool and the material gets consumed, but there is no visible effect. tested it on different materials (walls) and it showed at none of them.

Since it's like building and the material gets consumed, I don't think, that I do anything wrong. Anyone else with this effect ?

Having this same issue, game thinks it's there but nothing shows. Also my base in the nomad wilds inexplicably had vines all over it when I first logged on post patch.

Think they just did a hotfix for this.

Fixed the overgrowth tool that broke with hotfix #21. Update 5 brought too much debris, Hotfix 21 removed the debris but took the overgrowth with it… this time we should have the overgrowth without the debris!
