Suggestion for survivors
Please please please make it so the survivors in our base don't follow us around like hungry pets with abandonment issues! I'm trying to add decorations to my base and they constantly are flooding me surrounding me like we're having a meeting and I can't place items with 50 bodies standing around me. Just have them live their own lives and not treat me like I'm some celebrity!

You have 50 survivors? I only have 21 and I'm getting ready to fight the Fell Dragon Youngling. Did I miss something? I'd love to have that many.

I do agree, tho. They cling to you as soon as they see you and make a bee-line straight to you. I often end up targeting them instead of whatever I'm working on like when I was creating my park for the Queen Jasmina (or whatever her name is) statue.
Yet, when I actually need one of them for a quest, I can't find them.

They are exaggerating the number as the various NPC's we can rescue are one and done.

As for them following us, just set their movement radius to zero and never be bothered again and also makes them easy to find.

That's a good idea. I kinda like some of them to walk around. But, the suggestion of setting the radius on zero for my craftsmen would work well for me.

Uhh no. I like them going about their own lives. The point of this post is that there is no need to them to flock to me constantly when I'm decorating like flys on 💩 this mechanic serves no purpose other than just being annoying. They should wonder around and live their lives like normal they normally do outside of when you place new decorations down.
I like the idea of them walking around too. Otherwise, that part of the update would be pointless. But I also like to know where my quest givers and crafters are when I need them. Especially since I can't craft practically anything without them. At this point, I summon them whenever I need them. I do agree, they don't need to crowd around the hero.
Tho, I have to admit, I played Fable 2, my favorite out of that series, and the npcs crowd around the player in that game too. But it was a game mechanic in that game. The more popular you got, the more people were drawn to you.
The update was recent, this mechanic and npcs are new. Given some time and some fine tuning, I'm sure they'll get it right. After all, It is still Early Access.
