Hidden crafting recipes-blackmire not shown as complete after I completed all of them

I had found and read all hidden crafting recipes in Blackmire and initially it showed as complete. After completing that quest, a new location showed for Valory appeared in Blackmire. I went to explore it and read the note there about Jazmina etc. Immediately after doing that, the hidden crafting recipes quest reappeared as incomplete. When I look at the lore, it shows I have 6/6 so I do not understand what the bug is or what is happening.
