Quest "Handdrum for the Bard", Info for Bug

Being in the tree village of the Vukah (far northwest of the map). I fell into one of those tar pits (or what they are), used a nearby handle (grappling hook) to get out - which worked, BUT it "teleported" me into the wall. Only head was out of the wall. Could not move, jump or get away otherwise. Had to leave the game - which teleported me back to my last altar.

Edit: problem can be repeated. Whenever I jump into the mud and try to escape with E (grappling hook) it "teleports" me into the wall. Probably a clipping bug with this specific wall part.
