Bring Back Pure Souls Bugged?

I have reached the part of this quest where you summon Fenrig and speak to him, but when he is summoned there is no icon to speak to him, it goes right into the crafting menu. Once he was summoned the exclamation point was there but it quickly went away. Since there is no way to start the quest over I am stuck.

I have the same problem, though I was able to activate his quest and complete them, but the quest still "Bring Back The Pure Souls" isn't marked as completed. Doesn't matter if I summon him somewhere else or not.

Same here, I did all for the quest but yet it's still not completed. I have him in the house with a bed and talked many times to it.

have you guys finished the quest after the new update? I play on my friend's world and we still couldn't finish the quest.

I´ve build an Army of Gnomes, lots of them. Still bugged. Fenrig refuses to talk to finish the quest. I guess i need to build more Gnomes.

I respawned him once and the quest updated for a sec but the exclamation point vanished before I could get to him
