"eclaim the Wilderness" quest not finishing?

So I have this quest in my quest log. I climb the spire to the top. Nothing. Anyone have any idea how can I finish this quest? I feel like it's hindering me from progressing.

I have the same problem. I cannot talk to the flame in the ancient spire to finish the quest.

*UPDATE*
For anyone unable to commune with fire or advance "Reclaim the Wilderness" quest, including map location not updating... I fixed this issue by making a new character, using the same world as my main character, I advanced the quest as a new character.... somehow this forced my main characters quest to become finishable again, also updating the map and fast travel, along with the ability to commune with the fire.

Thanks so much, this helped me complete the Kindlewastes Hollow Halls! I decided to join a friend's server to do the Kindlewastes HH quest together but didn't finish. So when I tried to complete it in solo the quest wouldn't complete despite running through the dungeon.
