Draconian Vulture quest reward bugged

The reward screen shows a gold legendary draconian bow, however you can only loot a plain white draconian bow. i'm guessing that is a bug.

go back there and test it. I had the same bow as a reward but went back and got a better one. Now it's nothing great, but better. It's just a random luck of the draw. You should really test and retest before reporting that something is a bug.

(a bug/glitch is the alchemist theories lore page 4 on the table at the first elixir well. You can read it but the game doesn't register that you read it, hence you're missing that piece of lore in the journal. Several people have reported issues with this so THIS is a bug)

@ Producer K Go away troll. I found a bug and reported it. It is not my job to test it repeatedly for consistency and yes it is a bug as all the quest I have done have given exactly what was shown in the pictures. not some lower rarity of the item. either the picture needs replacing or the bow needs upgrading.
