Plants respawn on restart

I've planted some basic shrubs in a place where we placed base later. Every restart shrubs reappear at the same place, now inside our base.

I too am having this problem. Friends planted some flax and tomatoes on a hillside, we later turned the hillside into terraces except every time we start the server up, the flax and tomatoes are floating in the air, even after we've removed them multiple times.

Same problem here. We planted some tomatoes beside a house, it's now turned into pathways and other kind of crops and tomatoes reappear there every time I restart the dedicated server.

Same problem, now we have flying sugar plants just in front of the house(

Same problem with our base. Had huge section planted. Harvested them and then built base over that area. Now every server restart all the plants reappear inside

I fixed by myself this error, just CLEAN ALL (cut trees, harvest all crops) and reboot the world like host changing password, let me know boys

Yes, you have to harvest/remove/clean/collect whatever you have sown or planted, once everything is collected reboot the world like host changing password.
This process may take 2 or more attempts, let me know.

We cleared the plants and restarted server and they are back again over and over.
Will try this way

So its not just me with this problem. Good to know. Hope they fix it I've tried everything including replacing the soil.

BTW, this is also a problem in singleplayer mode. Every time you start the game your crops automatically respawn.

Ok we removed all the indoor plants.
Stopped server and reset password started server then stopped server and reset password and started the server again
Plants are back :-(

I think the trees that have been planted are bugged, don't give up guys i swear i managed to solve it
