Missing recipes?

Yesterday after finishing all the Main quests and quest where you get building recipes i decided to redo my base but before that i head to the Blacksmith to craft some stuff before redoing everything.

After that i undid my Base by removing the flamealtar and headed to the Beginning, saved/exit and got back into my game. When i summond the Blacksmith he had more recipes that he hadn't before.

Looks like a Bug to me.

If you're missing a recipe, find the quest online, go back to the same place, and read any books, find any stations, kill any bosses, and it should unlock. I just had to do it for the leather recipe.
