For everyone experiencing random mini dump crashes with an NVIDIA GPU.

I have been having these random minidump crashes the last couple of days.
The game worked fine without any crashes prior to this.

After some troubleshooting I noticed each crash was due to the following
"[E 00:03:11,707] [graphics] Vulkan device lost...
[E 00:03:11,707] Stopping process due to unrecoverable GPU crash!"

So the GPU itself stopped responding to the Vulkan engine of the game.

Long story short : - I fixed my issues by installing an OLDER GPU driver version.
I am running the game on an NVIDIA GTX 1070.

Download and install an older version of the driver from the official website :
https://www.nvidia.com/

For my instance : I had version 551.23 installed.
I downloaded and installed the game ready driver 546.65

The installer automatically removes the current driver ( so no need to manually remove/uninstall the driver. - Thank you NVIDIA. )

I reset the graphic settings back to default as well and started tweaking it up, one setting at a time.

Worked like a charm for me (currently 3 hours in-game with not a single crash)

Might be a lucky shot but worth a try.

for me it realy helps. I have played 50 hours with no problem. With 551.23 started crashing. Rollbacked to 546.65 and running good again.

I gave this a shot and the game still crashes immediately for me. I think I might just have to wait for more patches :/. Running a 3060ti.

I was already using an older driver--546.29. Updated to 546.65 and it worked. I have an RTX3060

unfortunately 546.65 didnt help me but I am having the same issue on a 2060, it either crashes to desktop or runs at about 0.5 fps

GTX 1080 Ti here, problems only started for me last night/early hours of this morning at about 2 am, game seems fine while i play in small area's or out in the world, but when i go back to base where my squad has been expanding the base, i get crashes rather fast, especially when i seem to sort a chest or my inventory, or upgrade a weapon at the blacksmith kinda thing, at first i thought it might be a processing issue with a kiln or something bugging the base, but nothing seems to be processing, just a shoddy game bug? or is there legit a way to fix without rolling back gfx drivers

Well I have the same crashes and I have a 7900 XTX and the last new driver was installed weeks ago. So I pretty much doubt that the driver is the problem here.
