Pink/purple box where spider died

I was running pest control in my cave and killed a spider. This box appeared where its body was and has persisted through restarting game and rebooting server.

Had same issue where I killed a spider in a building but it was not the body but where it spat poison. Unsure if it is still there as I have not been back yet.

It might be the same - it might have spit right there but then I killed it in the same spot. I notice some weird texture effects sometimes, too. Like when I hit near a wall or something it has the colorful rainbow pixelated boxes that appear instead of whatever texture it is trying to show.

I have the same bug. It's from when you are hit with poison close up or at a distance. They are not resetting.
