How to change the language of the UI tool tips for buttons?

So I have English selected by default (which I want) but for some reason the game UI controls are showing in Finnish. I live in Finland and have a Finnish keyboard. But I want to see those tooltips in English. Any ideas?

And for anyone who is going to tell me to change the language from Steam properties, English is already selected there by default. It's just annoying to see the Finnish titles for the buttons.

Same issue for me. Everything is in English, but the key names seem to be based on Region? Hope this gets fixed.

I was having the same issue (but mine was in Spanish). I did find a work around, but i am not sure if it will help in your case. In any case, If you have windows, there should be a keyboard layout option somewhere in your options menu (for me it was next to the date/time on the lower right of the taskbar. I changed that keyboard layout to English and it cleared it up. Hopefully this helps you guys out.
