Contantly Crashing: "enshrouded.exe has crashed!"

Hi,

I'm having the same crash error since "Hotfix #3". It says it is fixing crash problems, but it is not...

"enshrouded.exe has crashed! A MiniDump has been created at 'B:/SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/Enshrouded/crash_dumps/enshrouded_20240126_203636/' Would you like to upload it?"

Please fix the issue, it's weekend, and so many people having the same issue!

I'm using 3060 Ti and i5 11400F with 32GB RAM.

rolling back nvidia driver, it worked for me

I will try, however, we shouldn't have to do that. It's their job.

Ya, I cant even get to the start screen before it crashes.

I have had 1 chance to enter the game for about 10 mins and then the game crashed, no matter what work-arounds I follow from here I just can not get past the login screen now, I'm hoping they can fix this MiniDump issue

i've reinstalled, i've cleaned, i've rolled backed. Same issues. Some seem to say they fixed it but it may only be placebo.

They should have fixed this by now. It's not a new issue.

I rolled back my NVIDIA graphics driver to 546.65 on https://www.nvidia.com/tr-tr/geforce/drivers/ and it worked for now. I'm not getting any crashes. They should fix the issue as soon as possible for 551.23.

Thanks man, this worked for me. I had to paste the nvidia 546.65 in google to find it but it worked.

For me it is DLSS on Quality. I was playing around with different settings and when I set the prefab to Quality it was fine. As soon as I changed DLSS quality from Balanced to Quality it started crashing again.

Thanks, setting DLSS to BALENCED worked for me... no need to piddle around with re-updating drivers (game looks just as good after DLSS Balanced).

It's weekend, and so many people like me can't play the game, because the crash won't fixed. That's poor game development organisation, ironically thanks...

It's early access. Just give them time to work out the bugs. Thats the point of early access/play testing.
