This can happen to some games, and not to others. if it's your psu, that's easily solved by upgrading to a better/higher watt range on your psu. If it's your gpu, that sucks, you can try have it RMA'd with nvidia if you still got factory warranty, they'll most likely replace the board or gpu entirely.
Your computer has some serious hardware or software issues. I mean, I just played it, and it was a breeze.
