And yet the RTX 3050 can run cyberpunk at 4k on High settings without ray tracing and still get mid-high 30s fps. Thats crazy. It looks nothing like 1080p
Also, the 4090TI far exceeds 8GB of ram, it's got 24gb IIRC.
8GB of ram is literally the standard now. Look at the steam hardware survey, 60% of players have at least 8GB. You're in the minority by having less and if you want to play with that budget card, you're welcome to turn your settings down but there is no way you're running high textures with 4GB of VRAM in most modern games, textures are just big files.
