Oswald Anders Chest
Is Oswald Anders chest next to that tent bugged? I've dug everywhere and either already got it and it didn't trigger the quest progress or it's not here.

It should be under the ground on the right of the tent as you look at it.

Yeah the loose soil that looks like rubble, the grey area, its in there.

I had the same issue. Dug everywhere and couldn't find it. Had to watch a youtube video and it is literally right next to the tent under the pile of rubble. If you place a flame altar there before you find the chest it won't complete the quest. I had to move my flame altar away from the tent and then go back and dig up the chest again to complete the quest.

I have literally dug out ALL the ground under the tent... no chest, no cart, STUCK!
