Achievements are something you earn. Do you really need such hand holding?
What's even the point of having so many flame shrines if the sparks respawn? I usually find myself revisiting the same shrines on my way to other locations, rather than actively seeking out new ones, because they respawn so quickly.
Asking for the game to check-off visited flame shrines/sanctums is more a convenience thing since you could just place waypoints or save a screenshot of the map and doodle on it with a free photo editor. It would put more focus on actually visiting the locations than trying to remember which ones you already did.
