Report a translation problem
They either need mobs that you're going to be fighting in the course of questing anyway that reliably drop feathers, or they need there to be certain spots where significant numbers of the chicken creatures can be harvested in a reasonable amount of time. Having to run around for hours to find enough chickens to kill to get enough feathers for a couple crafts of arrows is a bit too tedious.
It essentially makes you pause everything you're doing at regular intervals just so you can go grind out materials that you need to be able to even use one of your primary weapons if your build is heavily reliant on bows.
Way too much time farming resources, just to play an archer character. I have parked my archer character (no build/skill set saves) and have already leveled a melee character.
One day, when feature upvote ( https://enshrouded.featureupvote.com/ ) is unlocked again, everyone here can jump back into adding and voting for these suggestions.
Make unlimited quiver for standard arrows and special arrows can be manual craft. Archer is the only class that needs to farm for 2 hours just to play the game for 2 hours.
I found a good trick with twig gathering: Use your pickaxe on the creature "nests" and you'll get a ton of twigs.
Agree on the feather thing though... I spend what feels like half my game time hunting feathers.
