Enshrouded original soundtrack

I was wondering. Is the original soundtrack which is for purchase already in the game by default when you listen to music? If not is there a way to choose it as the music you want to be playing while the game is running? I purchased the original soundtrack thinking it would automatically update the music in the game and play it all while I was playing. However, I am unsure if that is the case, because when you purchase it you have the option to download it. Can anyone shed some light on this DLC?

Did you ever find out how to make this happen because I just purchased the soundtrack to the game I had bought months ago and I'm not hearing it play while I'm playing the game. Is there a setting I'm missing? I have messed with the audio in the settings within the game adjusting the volumes but that doesn't seem to do much. Thanks in advance.

i never really thought about it before and i have it as well but had nothing to compare it to before i started playing on launch.
so this post got me curious to see and this is what i found ----
its not an in-game album at all , its a digital copy of the in-game music you can download to listen to when not playing the game itself. (unless there is no music in the original game , i shouldnt laugh that hard but maybe)
i just went to it on my Steam page selected the album (on the right) and saw what it was.
update LMAO after you download the album it becomes a selection at the top of your Steam page next to your profile.
